FAQ

The anticipated delivery term is up to 3 working days. The orders are processed from Monday till Saturday, except for the official holidays. All the orders are delivered by “Econt” courier company and on the delivery date you shall be contacted by the courier itself (via call or SMS). Payment is made by cash upon delivery, following the receiving of the products.

It is not compulsory to get a registration to make an order. Registration is provided solely for your convenience and access to previous orders and easy management of delivery and invoice addresses.

Of course! All you have to do is just to provide us with company’s data, placing the particular order. Should you confront any obstacles or have just forgotten, you can simply write to us on the following e-mail address: office@vitabalance.bg

Deliveries are made only through the courier company and we do not provide an option for collecting orders directly from our office. You are entitled to collect the order from any of Econt courier’s offices, upon your preference.

No problem! You should write to us on our e-mail address: office@vitabalance.bg  providing the order delivery number/ name of the product and indication of your preference whether you would like to receive the paid sum or you would like to order another product, for the same sum. The e-mail sent shall be considered as product return request and we shall provide you with all the necessary information, in order to receive the cancelled products. Transportation costs are on client’s expense.
